Orders & shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Because many of our pieces are handmade to order, a few items may take a little longer — we'll always let you know if that's the case.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under that amount are charged a flat, calculated rate at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns on most items. To be eligible, products should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with any tags attached. Simply reach out and we'll guide you through the process.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@presentationsbypatti.boutique with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange, and our team will take care of the rest.
Are any items final sale?
For hygiene and handmade reasons, certain items — such as earrings, gift cards, and custom or personalized pieces — are final sale and cannot be returned. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Our products
Are your items really handmade?
Yes — handmade from the heart is who we are. Many of our jewelry pieces, cards, banners, wreaths, and home decor are crafted by hand right here in Raleigh, NC. Because each piece is made individually, small variations are natural and part of the charm.
What if an item is out of stock?
Our inventory changes often since so much is handmade in small batches. If something you love is sold out, reach out — we can often let you know if and when it will be back, or craft a similar piece for you.
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
We love bringing your ideas to life! For custom banners, cards, or jewelry, send us a message through our Contact page with the details and we'll see what we can create together.
Gift cards & payment
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — a Presentations by Patti gift card is the perfect present for the person who loves a little handmade charm. Gift cards are delivered digitally and never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and the savings will be applied to your order total before payment. Only one code can be used per order.
Affiliates & account
How does your affiliate program work?
Join the Presentations by Patti affiliate program to earn commission on every sale you inspire. You'll get on-brand assets and a simple dashboard to track your earnings. Use the "Become an affiliate" link at the top of any page to get started.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is required to check out, but creating one lets you track orders, save your details, and build a wishlist for next time.
